Toni greeted us immediately and helped with bags. Mary checked us in with welcome drinks. Check-in was smooth. Mary showed us around. The place is fine. The staff takes care of everything. Toni is a concierge and attended to every need.

the staff was wonderful and always available to assist. the hotel boasts rich, elegant decor, setting a celebratory tone! i appreciated the perfect location near holborn station. i found it easy to explore the city, yet the hotel remained a quiet escape.

i find the valet parking very helpful. toni, the doorman, was so friendly and helpful. he. the event rooms are fine, it created a nice experience.
the reception experience wasn't great. nobody assisted with my luggage during check-in or checkout. i wasn't given a detailed receipt at check-in, it.
